Manager MQA BEV Chakan
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Must be from automotive OEM (Passenger vehicle) company with minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing Quality – EV Experience Preferred.
- Holding Degree/Post graduation in Automobile/Mechanical/ Electricals/Electronics
- Hands on experience of automotive processes & troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Vehicle Commodities like Trims, Rubber & Glasses, Electricals, Mechanism, HVAC, etc.
- Knowledge/Know-how of vehicle of Automobile parts, their function & problem solving
- Handling of Next customer issues (RFI)- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment.
- Handling of field concerns- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment.
- Knowledge of New product development (NPD) process. Should be able to handle FTR.
- Participating in various CFTs like EN, DCP, MPPAP, etc.
- Managing & strengthening of Buy off checks and EOL inspection.
- Carry out process and product audits as per plan and getting closure of audit observations.
- Ensure right quality of outgoing vehicles.
- Managing shop Quality indicators.
- Communicate shop / plant actions on product issues to internal & external customers.
- Guide associates in their routine activities
- Co-Ordinate to resolve chronic concerns through QC story Approach
Experience
4 to 7 years in Automobile -TCF Manufacturing Quality Assurance. EV Experience is preferred.
