Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Consults on managing large or multiple-site inventory considerations, methods, and processes
• Develops inventory management metrics to evaluate inventory levels and effectiveness
• Translates sales projections into inventory and site requirements; designs strategic inventory plans
• Conducts inventory forecasting and predicts industry inventory management trends
• Consults on business analytics and risk evaluation of outcomes
• Designs and enhances workflows and applications for business performance analysis
• Promotes the use of predictive and advanced analytics for business decision-making
• Leads discussions on emerging practices, processes, and technologies in business analytics
• Mentors teams to ensure performance reports meet organizational requirements
• Anticipates industry trends and marketplace developments in business analytics
• Evaluates organizational positioning relative to technology trends
• Advises business units on major technological advancements and implications
• Shares successful organizational initiatives and supporting technologies
• Highlights organizational impact of major IT trends
• Benchmarks organizational technology practices against industry peers
• Presents alternative perspectives on key technologies and implications
