Manager - Project Management
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Budgeting & Tracking:
- Managing and tracking capital and revenue budgets effectively.
- Hands-on experience with SAP for requisition and budgeting cycles.
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Planning and tracking project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documents.
- Developing and monitoring project schedules and milestones.
- Preparing project charters and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Risk Management:
- Identifying project risks and assumptions.
- Developing and implementing mitigation plans.
- New Product Development:
- Managing the complete new product development cycle.
- Assembly Processes:
- Knowledge of assembly processes, preferably in the automotive or tractor industry.
- Basic understanding of equipment, facilities, tooling, and gauges for assembly lines.
- Communication & Presentation:
- Demonstrating effective communication and presentation skills.
- Coordination & Team Management:
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively.
