Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To coordinate with Manufacturing/Non-manufacturing teams (250+) and drive Rise i4 across MVML. 
To facilitate all i4 & E&T Champions for systemic drive to achieve mfg. excellence
To drive Monthly Themes and implementing i4 ideas under given theme
To Train Associates, Team Leaders through monthly workshops.
To track, verify & validate Ideas related to P, Q, C, D, S & M performance as per the standard for conducting validationTo conduct timely felicitation to associates & Team leaders.
To conduct yearly Rise i4 Competition at Plant level and shortlist best kaizen for Sector Level.

Formulation and conduction of Jagruti for Team Leaders and Officers
Felicitation of Jagruti winners at Plant level as per timeline

To coordinate for external Competitions for QCFI and CII as a part of Employee Involvement & engagement.

Experience

3 - 5 years of relevant Work Experience

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B E (Mechanical / Production / Automobile)

General Requirements

• Knowledge of TPM & Manufacturing Excellence /Lean 
• Technical know-how of Machines, Automobile Manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of Subject –Rise i4 Suggestion Schemes.
• Knowledge of Automobile products, Vehicle System. 
• Knowledge Assembly, Fabrication, Paint & Machining manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Quality tools and systems (MYB/QC story)
• Knowledge of Best practices in Industry.
• Knowledge of Makigami analysis/VSM , TPM 10 step methodology 
• Knowledge of Radar mapping for skill development
