Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Day one Establishment of the vehicles at the time of handover in consultation with field team .Develop the field VE team to manage both the Dayone establishment and B2B Trails.Log book collection -Helps to create better database as well plan for immediate action plan for scope of improvement based.Overall Product performance establishment including Fuel Efficiency, Maintenance, Tyre life, Uptime etc. through Testimonials from customer.Testimonials on FE from customer post successful completion of FE trial of vehicles with very clear focus on B2B trails.Ensures proper customer satisfaction by Adhering to VE Processes with special focus on MKAM customers.Competition details data on performance, vehicle specification, new engineering introduction from field feedback.Monitor FIELD VE team and ensure that they are utlsied properly based on the ffield requirement in coordiantion with ZSMs, ABMs, ASMs and reprot on a monthly basis the field performance.Run all the RWUP vehicles and monitor their performance with proper reporting at prescribed intervals.Driver Vendor management - New vendor induction and transparency in payment process.Ensure that the budget control is in place and manage the cost by improving the regional driver vendor concept.Special focus on Customer complaints with poor FE and ensure that the trails are done and achieve the desired results and make sure that the customer satisfaction is obtained on case to case basis
