Job Description

  • 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Visit customer sites to perform routine service, maintenance, and emergency repairs on forklifts (diesel, electric, LPG)
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
  • Provide technical support and clear communication to customers on-site
  • Ensure tools, parts, and service vehicle are well-maintained and organized
  • Adhere to safety standards and company procedures at all times
  • ✅ Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in forklift or heavy equipment servicing
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electronics
  • Valid driver’s license (required for field travel)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
