Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team at Nashik Phata, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and be proficient in accounting practices, TDS, e-invoicing, payment follow-ups, MIS reporting, and budgeting.

Must Know 

Manage Record to Report activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Prepare and post journal entries for expenses, accruals, prepayments, depreciation, insurance, and other

accounting adjustments.

Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring proper matching of bank transactions with company

records, and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet items (intercompany accounts, accounts payable,

accounts receivable).

Perform monthly reconciliation of General ledger and resolve any discrepancies.

Perform month-end activities for monthly closing of books.

Prepare client accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports, summarizing financial

performance.

Provide necessary financial data, reconciliations, and explanations for audits. Collaborate

with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance with accounting standards

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks

- Handle TDS entries and compliance

- Generate and manage e-invoices

- Follow up with clients/vendors for payments

- Prepare and analyze MIS reports

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
