Job Description
We are looking for a Development Engineer who will be responsible for handling new product development, sample preparation, drawing study, BOM preparation, costing support, customer coordination, and internal coordination with production, quality, purchase, and planning teams.
The candidate should have a good understanding of wiring harness development, electrical components, connectors, terminals, wires, sleeves, protection parts, and basic manufacturing processes. The role requires ownership from RFQ stage to sample submission, approval, and handover to regular production.
