Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business for software development services through online platforms and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals
Generate leads for Web Development, Mobile App Development, and IT services
Communicate with clients via chat, calls, and emails
Negotiate terms and close deals
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with the internal technical team for project execution
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
Proven experience in online bidding on freelancing platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Software Development)
Proposal writing and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
