Job Title: Business Development Manager (Female) (Construction / Prefabricated Structures)
Location: Aerocity Mohali
Salary: ₹75,000+ per month (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our prefabricated construction business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both construction fundamentals and modern marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, paid ads)
• Coordinate with sales and project teams to align marketing efforts
• Build brand presence in the prefabricated and construction segment
• Handle client presentations, proposals, and relationship management
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• MBA in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (preferably in construction, real estate, or prefabrication industry)
Preferred Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
• Knowledge of prefabricated or modular construction industry
• Ability to manage both online and offline marketing channels
