Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Admissions & Growth
Department: Sales / Admissions / Business Development
Location: Work from Office
Reports To: Management
About the Role:We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth, strengthen the admissions pipeline, and manage a team of Counselors & Admission Incharges. The role focuses on lead generation, conversions, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
- Drive lead generation, demo bookings, and revenue growth
- Identify new opportunities through campaigns and partnerships
Team Management:
- Lead and manage Counselors & Admission Incharges
- Set targets and ensure daily, weekly, monthly performance
Performance & Operations:
- Track KPIs: calls, demos, conversions, revenue
- Improve productivity and conversion rates
Training & Strategy:
- Conduct training on sales, pitching, and closing
- Analyze reports and share insights to improve performance
- Qualifications & Skills:Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 6 months+ experience in Sales / Admissions / Business Development
- Strong communication, leadership & analytical skills
- Target-driven mindset; CRM knowledge is a plus
