Marketing Manager

This role is for someone who takes ownership of revenue growth. You will be responsible for expanding and managing a dealer network, driving consistent sales, and building strong market presence.

If you need constant instructions or avoid tough conversations (like closing payments or pushing dealers), this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market reach

Identify, onboard, and grow a strong dealer/distributor network

Build and maintain relationships with dealers, ensuring repeat business

Actively follow up on leads, orders, and payments—no loose ends

Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies

Coordinate with production and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Track sales performance and take corrective actions when targets are missed

Travel locally (and occasionally outstation) to meet dealers and close deals

Proven track record in sales or dealer network management

Understanding of B2B sales cycles
