Executive-Influencer Marketing

Job Summary

We’re seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Assistant – Influencer Marketing to support our growing KOL and influencer marketing efforts.

This is a critical remote role with a “bridge” mindset: you will manage the day-to-day logistical execution of influencer partnerships while reporting directly to our Hong Kong-based management team.

Key Responsibilities

1) Influencer Coordination

●     Research, identify, and reach out to potential KOLs/influencers on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and X.

●     Ensure influencer selections align with our brand image and campaign objectives.

2) Campaign Management

●     Manage the full collaboration lifecycle, including:

○     Initial outreach

○     Product seeding coordination

○     Contract negotiation support

○     Content posting timelines and deliverable tracking

3) Operational Organization

●     Maintain detailed influencer databases, campaign trackers, and deliverables logs.

●     Ensure timely posting and follow-ups across all active collaborations.

4) HK Team Coordination

●     Coordinate directly with the Hong Kong marketing team to align on:

○     Product briefings

○     Content themes

○     Campaign goals and expectations

5) Content Review & Compliance

●     Review influencer content to ensure brand consistency and adherence to campaign guidelines/compliance requirements.

6) Performance Reporting

●     Track campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks).

●     Compile insights and ROI-oriented reports to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

●     1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or marketing assistant roles.

●     Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

●     Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

●     Solid understanding of social media trends—especially on YouTube, Twitter/X, and Instagram.

●     Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

●     Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

●     Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, etc.
