Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Overseas Recruitment (Work from Home)
Company: VEEDUCARE Pvt Ltd (Startup India recognized)
Location: Work from Home (anywhere in India)
Salary: ₹92,000 – ₹1,12,000/month + ₹20,000 per successful placement
Experience: 2+ years in overseas placement, visa, or migration industry
About the role:
We place Indian workers in New Zealand, Serbia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Europe. Looking for someone to build employer and agency partnerships abroad. Fully remote role.
What you’ll do:
• Reach out to foreign employers and recruitment agencies on LinkedIn and email
• Close B2B partnership agreements
• Coordinate candidate documentation with our team
• Work directly with the Director (ex–Income Tax Officer)
You should have:
• Experience with AEWV, work permits, or overseas placements
• Good written English
• Confidence on video calls with foreign clients
• Laptop and stable internet (mandatory for work from home)
