HR Intern

Position :- Part-Time HR Recruitment Intern / Freelance Recruiter (Work From Home).

Position Overview :-

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruitment Intern / Freelance Recruiter to join our remote 

recruitment team (AART RECRUITERS-MOHALI) as a dedicated Part Time recruiter. This role 

offers hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, focusing on recruitment 

for Banking, Manufacturing, and IT sectors across Pan India. The ideal candidate 

is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and is keen to build a long-term 

career in HR recruitment and talent acquisition.

Job Details :-

• Location: Remote / Work from Home

• Job Type: Part-Time (Remote)

• Experience Level: Entry-level (MBA Freshers or Graduates with good communication 

skills)

• Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

• Holidays: Sunday off.

• Immediate Joiner.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Source qualified candidates as per client requirements using job portals and social 

platforms.

• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and selection formalities.

• Conduct candidate screenings and preliminary telephonic/video interviews.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Maintain regular follow-up with shortlisted and selected candidates through 

documentation and joining formalities.

• Submit daily call reports and recruitment activity trackers.

• Support other HR-related initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications :-

• MBA in HR (freshers welcome) OR Graduate with good communications skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and your native 

language.

• Sound understanding of recruitment processes and candidate engagement.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a high degree of 

follow-up.

• Genuine interest in HR recruitment and talent acquisition.

Technical Requirements :-

• Personal laptop with stable internet/Wi-Fi connection.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment platforms such 

as LinkedIn, Apna Jobs, etc.

• Basic understanding of job posting and email writing (for freshers).

Compensation Structure :-

• Initial 90-day period (non-salaried): Payments based on commission per successful 

candidate joining (only upon client payment).

• Performance-based incentive model, Your incentives payout will be 20% of the total 

payout to AART RECRUITERS per successful candidate joining post 30-45days (varies 

by client and position).
