Senior HR Executive

Job Title: Sr. HR Executive

Location: Zirakpur (Head Office)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary/Budget: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Gender Preference: Male/Female

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR operations and data management. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience in statutory compliance like PF & ESI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of PF & ESI processes, compliance, and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports using advanced Excel functions.
• Work extensively on Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas).
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR processes.

Requirements:

• 6–7 years of experience in HR (preferably HR background).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Good knowledge of PF & ESI compliance.
• Stable career history (candidates with consistent tenure preferred).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling HR MIS and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Information:

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the Zirakpur (Head office) location
