Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments.
  • Follow up regularly for payment commitments and recovery.
  • Visit customers at their given addresses for collection when required.
  • Negotiate with customers for full payment or settlement options.
  • Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and payment updates.
  • Ensure timely collection and deposit of payments.
  • Verify customer details and update field visit remarks.
  • Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
  • Escalate difficult or skip cases to seniors.


  • Skills Required:
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language).
  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
  • Willingness to travel for field visits.
