Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Production Management: Plan, organize, and execute production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Manpower Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage shift supervisors, technicians, and operators. Allocate staff efficiently across the shop floor.
- Quality Control: Enforce strict quality standards, working alongside quality teams to ensure finished goods are defect-free and client-ready.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all occupational health and safety and strictly followed to prevent workplace accidents.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory, coordinating with procurement teams to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Equipment Maintenance: Schedule routine preventative maintenance on plant machinery to minimize downtime and avoid production halts.
