Telecaller – RBN CREATIONS


Job Role: We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers with excellent communication skills to connect with clients, make outbound calls, and follow up on leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with existing leads.
  • Explain our services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly conversation with clients.
  • Update call details and lead status.
  • Coordinate with the team whenever required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
  • Good English communication.
  • Confident and polite personality.
  • Good listening and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM Used
  • Freshers candidates are welcome.
