Job Description
ob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing immigration team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients who want to move, work, or study abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to call interested leads, understand their requirements, explain suitable visa pathways, and invite them for a detailed consultation or close the registration.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Actively call warm leads who have inquired about permanent residency (PR), student visas, or work permits.
- Profile Evaluation: Understand the candidate's education, work experience, and financial background to guide them on their eligibility for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.
- Lead Conversion: Convince potential clients about our immigration services, handle their doubts/objections smoothly, and convert leads into registered clients.
- Regular Follow-ups: Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline with potential leads to ensure higher conversion rates.
