Sales Executive

Job Title: Tele caller Executive for Pharma Sales - Female Only

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our PCD Pharma team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to introduce our products, generate leads, and promote sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services
• Explain the features and benefits of our products to customers
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to the sales and marketing teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role in the PCD Pharma industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and persuade customers
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of PCD Pharma products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
