📝 Job Overview: We are hiring female Telesales Executives to promote pharmaceutical products, handle customer calls, and generate leads. Candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and good at communication. / हम महिला टेलीसेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव की भर्ती कर रहे हैं जो फार्मास्युटिकल प्रोडक्ट्स को प्रमोट करें, कॉल संभालें और लीड जनरेट करें।

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients / संभावित ग्राहकों को कॉल करना

• Promote pharmaceutical products and services / फार्मा प्रोडक्ट्स और सेवाओं का प्रमोशन करना

• Generate and qualify leads / लीड जनरेट और क्वालिफाई करना

• Maintain call and customer records / कॉल और कस्टमर रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना

• Follow up with customers regularly / ग्राहकों के साथ नियमित फॉलोअप करना

• Achieve daily and monthly targets / दैनिक और मासिक टारगेट पूरा करना

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Female candidates / केवल महिला उम्मीदवार

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / न्यूनतम योग्यता: 12वीं पास

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Telesales / कम से कम 2 साल का टेलीसेल्स अनुभव

• No English required / अंग्रेजी जरूरी नहीं है

• Good communication and convincing skills / अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन और कन्विंसिंग स्किल्स
