Job Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions across walk-ins,

emails, and calls. The role involves handling service requests, maintaining CRM records, and

ensuring a smooth customer experience within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle day-to-day interactions with walk-in customers

 Manage customer queries via email and phone calls

 Work on CRM portal to log and resolve service requests

 Assist customers with banking-related queries and processes

 Handle part payment and foreclosure adjustment requests

 Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of issues

 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

 Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

 Relevant experience in customer service / banking preferred

Required Skills:

 Good verbal and written communication skills

 Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
