Job Description
Job Title: Visa Operations Manager Work from Home)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end visa processing operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the visa team, ensuring compliance with embassy regulations, improving process efficiency, and delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the complete visa processing lifecycle (tourist, student, business visas)
- Lead and mentor a team of visa executives and consultants
- Review and verify visa applications and documentation before submission
- Ensure compliance with embassy/consulate rules and changing regulations
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers
- Handle complex cases, escalations, rejections, and appeals
- Monitor application status and ensure timely submissions and approvals
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all visa applications
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Ensure excellent client service and timely communication

Salary: ₹92,000 – ₹1,12,000/month + ₹20,000 per successful placement
Experience: 2+ years in overseas placement, visa, or migration industry
About the role:
We place Indian workers in New Zealand, Serbia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Europe. Looking for someone to build employer and agency partnerships abroad. Fully remote role.
What you’ll do:
• Reach out to foreign employers and recruitment agencies on LinkedIn and email
• Close B2B partnership agreements
• Coordinate candidate documentation with our team
• Work directly with the Director (ex–Income Tax Officer)
You should have:
• Experience with AEWV, work permits, or overseas placements
• Good written English
• Confidence on video calls with foreign clients
• Laptop and stable internet (mandatory for work from home)
