🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about career opportunities in IT courses
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and leads
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling
• Explain course details, career scope, and placement opportunities
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective students
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Maintain student database and reports

💼 Required Skills

• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Good knowledge of sales and counselling techniques
• Basic understanding of IT courses (preferred but not mandatory)
• Positive attitude & target-oriented mind-set
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

🎓 Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream
• Fresher’s with strong communication skills can apply
• Experience in counselling / sales / tele calling is a plus
