Job Description

We are a growing catering & event services company handling multiple events with in-house logistics (staff, transport, kitchen operations). We are building a strong system-driven business and need a responsible person to manage accounts & daily entries.


Role Overview

This is a hands-on role involving:

  • Data entry in ERP
  • Expense tracking
  • Matching bills with approvals
  • Coordinating with operations team


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter daily data into ERP (staff, transport, expenses)
  • Verify:
  • Approval slips
  • Bills
  • WhatsApp approvals
  • Maintain event-wise expense records
  • Track pending bills & follow up
  • Prepare daily expense summary
  • Coordinate with godown team (40 km away)


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in accounts / data entry
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, totals)
  • Organized & detail-oriented
  • Good communication on WhatsApp
  • Able to handle responsibility independently
