Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D designs for prefab homes and structures.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and project teams for design implementation.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical architectural designs.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
- Prepare BOQ, concept plans, and presentation drawings for client approvals.
- Assist in site planning and project execution when required.
- Optimize designs suitable for prefabricated and modular construction systems.
- Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning and construction methods.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of prefabricated / modular construction will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with engineering and project teams.
