Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D designs for prefab homes and structures.
  • Develop floor plans, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit.
  • Coordinate with structural engineers and project teams for design implementation.
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into practical architectural designs.
  • Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
  • Prepare BOQ, concept plans, and presentation drawings for client approvals.
  • Assist in site planning and project execution when required.
  • Optimize designs suitable for prefabricated and modular construction systems.
  • Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural planning and construction methods.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of prefabricated / modular construction will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work with engineering and project teams.
