Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor for our two-wheeler service center. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team, ensuring smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction.


Key ResponsibilitiesAttend customers and understand vehicle issues/service requirements

  • Open job cards with detailed problem descriptions
  • Provide service cost estimates and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with technicians for repairs and servicing
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
  • Conduct final inspection before handing over vehicles
  • Explain work done and billing details to customers
  • Upsell value-added services, spare parts, and accessories
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Maintain proper documentation and service records
