Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor for our two-wheeler service center. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team, ensuring smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend customers and understand vehicle issues/service requirements
- Open job cards with detailed problem descriptions
- Provide service cost estimates and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with technicians for repairs and servicing
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Conduct final inspection before handing over vehicles
- Explain work done and billing details to customers
- Upsell value-added services, spare parts, and accessories
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain proper documentation and service records
