Electrical Supervisor

On-Site Leadership: Lead small teams of solar installers and technicians, delegating daily tasks and monitoring work progress.

Installation Supervision: Oversee the full execution of projects, including DC/AC wiring, mounting structure assembly, and inverter installation.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections and final quality checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and company specifications.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe working environment.

Technical Coordination: Read and interpret layout drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) to guide team execution.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), site update logs, and inventory records for management and clients
