Job Description
Revcon Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and responsible Senior Site Engineer to join our growing construction team. We are seeking a professional who can manage site operations efficiently, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
• Prepare site reports, measurements, and material requirements
• Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline
• Handle site workforce and subcontractors effectively
Requirements:
• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in residential or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of site execution, drawings, and materials
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and site challenges
