Job Description
POSITION: BDM – CHANNEL SALES (AIDC & CONSUMABLES)
LOCATION: AHMEDABAD, JAIPUR, CHANDIGARH
QUALIFICATION: ANY GRADUATE (MBA PREFERRED)
EXPERIENCE: 5–15 YEARS (RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN AIDC /CONSUMABLE SALES)
ROLE OVERVIEW
The role focuses on driving channel-led growth for AIDC and consumable products by expanding partner networks, strengthening existing relationships, and increasing market penetration across assigned territories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve assigned revenue targets across AIDC hardware and consumables
• Drive expansion of dealer, distributor, and reseller network in the assigned territory
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in enterprise and SMB segments
• Promote and establish sales of new and existing AIDC products and consumables
• Develop and execute territory growth and market penetration plans
• Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained business growth
• Monitor partner performance and create structured growth plans for each partner
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables
• Conduct regular market mapping to identify potential customers and new segments
• Support partners with product training, sales enablement, and joint customer visits
• Track competition, pricing trends, and market dynamics to refine sales strategy
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
• Revenue achievement (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Channel expansion and active partner count
• Consumable & AIDC Hardware sales growth and repeat business
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Proven experience in channel sales of AIDC products and consumables.
• Strong ability to drive PUSH sales in a competitive and price-sensitive market
• Demonstrated success in business development and new account acquisition
• Strong network within channel ecosystem (resellers, distributors)
• Ability to identify untapped markets and build customer pipelines independently
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• High energy levels with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
