Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Overview:

Revcon Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations in the construction and real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
• Generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and construction projects.
• Build strong relationships with investors, property owners, architects, and channel partners.
• Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with project management and marketing teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 8–12 years experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sales.
• Proven track record of achieving high sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Good understanding of construction projects, contracts, and client handling.
