Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Shoot & edit short-form videos — Reels, Stories & YouTube Shorts
- Write creative captions, scripts & on-brand copy
- Work with the design team for visually appealing posts & carousels
- Research trending topics, viral audio & content ideas
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars
- Shoot behind-the-scenes (BTS) content for client brands
- Support the team during corporate & event shoots
- Stay updated with latest content trends & platform algorithms
Required Skills:
- Video shooting on DSLR / Mirrorless / Smartphone
- Basic video editing — CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush or similar
- Content writing in Hindi & English
- Canva or basic graphic design skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram & Facebook trends
- Creative storytelling & on-camera confidence (preferred)
- Basic photography skills are a plus
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
- Mass Communication / Media / Journalism preferred
- Any content creation or digital media course is a plus
Experience:
- Freshers welcome — strong portfolio / personal social media presence accepted
- 0–2 years experience in content creation, video editing or social media
- Must share sample content, reels or any creative work done
