Job Description

Zevpoint is a fast-growing EV charging solutions company offering a wide range of EV chargers through its e-commerce channels across India. We are focused on building innovative, reliable, and customer-friendly charging solutions for electric vehicle users.


We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer inquiries, resolve queries, explain product features, and convert leads into sales. The role involves interacting with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms to ensure an excellent customer experience.


Key Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and guide them to the right product
  • Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn
  • Sales-oriented and customer-focused approach
  • Prior experience in customer support or sales is preferred
