Job Description
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Maintain records of transport operations, billing, PODs, and dispatch details
Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for data verification
Track pending payments, invoices, and shipment status
Generate reports for management review and decision-making
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all records
Handle Excel sheets, ERP software, and reporting tools efficiently
Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
