Job Description

  • Computer Operator – Role & ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor computer systems, printers, and ERP software
  • Input and format data including BOQs, GST entries, vendor details, and product specs
  • Maintain digital records, backups, and compliance logs
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting, software updates, and printer coordination
  • Generate Excel reports and support technical calculations (e.g., copper/steel weights)
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
  • Maintain filing systems—purchase orders, invoices, agreements
  • Track office supplies and coordinate procurement needs
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, hospitality arrangements, and client follow-ups
  • Support documentation tasks including letters, festive messages, and internal memos
  • Must be tech-savvy, organized, and emotionally intelligent
  • Able to switch between data precision and client-facing warmth
  • Should understand GST basics, BOQ formatting, and vendor etiquette
  • Expected to uphold SARCOM’s values of quality, dignity, and operational excellence
