Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and website inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products or services.
- Convert incoming leads into paying customers through effective sales conversations and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with warm and pending leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Address customer objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
