Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

Indo European Study Abroad is seeking an experienced and passionate Education Counsellor to join our Chandigarh branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a professional and presentable personality, and a strong understanding of the overseas education industry. The role involves guiding students throughout their study abroad journey while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and destination countries.
• Guide students through admissions, applications, documentation, and visa processes.
• Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into successful admissions.
• Coordinate with admissions and visa teams for smooth application processing.
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent English communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Strong knowledge of overseas admissions and visa procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
