🎯 What You’ll Do

As an Executive Assistant, You will help keep things organized, handle communication, and make sure day-to-day work runs smoothly.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage the founder's calendar — schedule meetings, set reminders, and handle appointments
  • Answer and manage calls, emails, and messages on behalf of leadership
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate with different teams to make sure tasks and projects are completed on time
  • Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and event logistics
  • Keep files, records, and important documents organized
  • Handle confidential information with care and honesty
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners professionally


✅ Must-Have Attributes:Quick to learn and can handle multiple tasks at once

  • Communicate clearly in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email
  • Polite, presentable, and good at dealing with different types of people
  • Work independently without needing constant instructions
  • Stay calm and focused even when things get busy
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
  • Basic knowledge of social media and online tools is a plus


💰 CompensationWe’re aiming to hire within a budget of ₹30,000 to ₹40,000/month.
