Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day operations. The candidate will handle billing, inventory management, dispatch coordination, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and billing records
Maintain and update inventory data (inward/outward stock)
Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
Manage office correspondence (emails, calls, reports)
Assist in order processing and tracking
Support accounts and administrative functions as required
Requirements:
12th / Graduate in any stream
Basic knowledge of billing & inventory management
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in similar role preferred (Freshers can also apply)
