Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive specializing in Fire Alarm Systems and Electrical Security Solutions. The candidate will represent a Honeywell Channel Partner, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure for products such as fire alarm panels, detectors, suppression systems, CCTV, and access control solutions.
This role demands strong field prospecting skills, the ability to convert high-potential leads, and a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles in fire and security systems.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate high-quality leads through field sales activities, cold calling, site visits, and networking
- Identify and target commercial, industrial, and institutional clients for fire and security solutions
- Promote and sell fire alarm panels, fire detection systems, and integrated security solutions
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site assessments
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified prospects
- Convert potential leads into successful deal closures with a high conversion ratio
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, and facility managers
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal submission, system design, and project execution
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
