Job Description

If you’re uncomfortable with targets, rejection, or follow-ups, this role will expose you quickly.

Generate leads via:

  • Cold calling (SIM + internet provided)
  • WhatsApp outreach
  • Social media / local networking
  • Field visits (if required)
  1. Pitch ISBEN services to small business owners
  2. Identify problems (low visibility, no leads, poor branding) and sell solutions
  3. Follow up like a salesperson (not once, but until decision)
  4. Close deals and achieve monthly targets
  5. Maintain basic lead tracking (no excuses like “I forgot to follow up”)
