Job Description

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Banking and Life Insurance positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
  • Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
  • Work closely with clients to fulfill hiring requirements.
