Urgent Hiring: Experienced Recruiter (Bulk Hiring Expert)
Location: Chandigarh
Working Days: 5 Days
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Bulk/Mass Hiring Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bulk hiring / mass recruitment
Handle large volume hiring for telecom & other domains
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references & field hiring
Conduct telephonic screening & initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines
Maintain recruitment trackers & reports
Strong follow-up with candidates till joining
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Experience in telecom hiring preferred
Ability to handle pressure and multiple requirements
Strong knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Qualification:
Any Graduate / MBA
Salary:
30,000 CTC
