What You Will Do:

• 📞 Connect & Guide: Call pre-verified leads and inquiries interested in migrating, studying, or working abroad (PR visas, student visas, etc.).
• 💡 Consult & Educate: Understand the candidate's profile, explain available immigration pathways, and guide them on how we can help.
• 🤝 Build Trust: Answer their questions smoothly, clear their doubts, and invite them for a detailed counseling session/meeting with our senior experts.
• 🎯 Achieve Goals: Maintain a clean daily record of calls and follow-ups to meet monthly walk-in or enrollment targets.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: Fresher or Experienced (Experience in immigration, insurance, or general telecalling is a huge plus!).
• Languages: Good English + Fluency in Regional Languages (Hindi or local language depending on the location).
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and a positive attitude that doesn't mind handling a high volume of calls.
