Job Description
SuccessVisa is hiring a Migration Admin (Australia Visa Experience Required) for our Chandigarh office. You will support our Registered Migration Agents in Australia by handling client documentation, ImmiAccount data entry, follow-ups, and case coordination. This is NOT an entry-level role — hands-on Australia visa experience is mandatory from day one.
What you'll do:
Manage client visa file documentation
ImmiAccount data entry and updates
Email follow-ups with clients
Coordinate with Australia team on case progress
What we're looking for (MANDATORY):
Minimum 2 years experience in migration / visa industry
Hands-on experience with Australian visa process: ImmiAccount, document checklists, visa subclasses
Working knowledge of Australian visa subclasses (482, 186, 485, 500, 189, 190, 491 etc.)
Strong English communication (written + spoken)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Detail-oriented, professional, well-organised
