Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Chandigarh

Gender Preference: Male

Compensation: ₹20,000 Net Take Home (NTH) per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to loan

processing and disbursement. The candidate should have good communication skills, hands-on

experience in backend operations, and knowledge of banking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle day-to-day operational activities

 Perform pre and post checks of disbursement files

 Manage login processes and documentation

 Process and verify loan disbursements (Education Loans, Home Loans, LAP, Institutional

Loans)

 Ensure proper KYC verification and compliance

 Maintain accurate records and data in internal systems

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

 Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

 Relevant experience in operations / banking processes preferred

Required Skills:

 Good verbal and written communication skills

 Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel

 Typing speed of at least 30 WPM

 Understanding of loan disbursement and KYC processes

 Attention to detail and accuracy

Additional Requirements:

 Male candidates Only

 Must be comfortable with late sitting during month-end closures

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

Working Days & Timings:

 6 Days working

 Day shift (with extended hours during month-end)
