Job Description

  • Greet and direct patients, take messages, and provide general information. 
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls
  • Manage appointment calendars and coordinate with patients
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. 
  • Maintain visitor logs, manage access cards, and ensure security procedures are followed. 
  • Discussion with doctors on patient concerns
