Hiring for Customer Care Executive
Job Details:
- Location: Mohali, Punjab
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Work Shifts: Day / Night / Rotational
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
- Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Both are welcome to apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries effectively.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (familiarity with spreadsheets and excel is a plus).
- Openness to working in a fast-paced environment.
